Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-10
1. Nature of service
FutureAlpha is a research tool built on public market data. Output is generated rule-based by the engine — same input produces same output, no human curation or personal opinion. The platform publishes 18 pre-entry hard lines (visible on the homepage) — these are the framework's own constraints, not investment advice for you.
2. Not investment advice
All content on this platform (including but not limited to market state, event reminders, confidence scores, historical samples) is for research reference only. It does not constitute a buy, sell, or hold recommendation for securities, options, cryptocurrencies, or any other financial product. All trading decisions and resulting profit or loss are solely your responsibility.
FutureAlpha holds no Investment Advisor license under the U.S. SEC, FINRA, or any other jurisdiction. We have no fiduciary relationship with you. The platform does not make personalized recommendations to individual users — every user sees the same framework output.
3. Data sources and accuracy
The framework engine uses third-party public market data. We strive for timely and accurate data but do not guarantee zero latency, zero errors, or uninterrupted service. When data sources fail, network is unstable, or cron jobs miss, the UI displays an "unavailable" state — at that point the user should cross-verify and not rely on a single source.
4. Invite-only access
We are currently in invite-only beta. One code redeems one account. We reserve the right to revoke access in cases of abuse, terms violation, or service changes.
5. Risk warning
Trading involves substantial risk of capital loss, up to and including total loss of principal. Historical samples do not predict future performance — any setup may behave entirely differently out-of-sample. The platform makes no hit-rate or return promises. Before acting on any framework output, you should evaluate your own risk tolerance and, if necessary, consult a licensed advisor.
6. Intellectual property
Framework rules, UI design, visual assets, and brand name belong to FutureAlpha. You may not scrape, resell, or repackage platform output as your own product to third parties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FutureAlpha is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including but not limited to trading losses, opportunity cost) arising from use of this service. You agree to bear all risks of using this service yourself.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material updates will be announced prominently on-site and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
