1. What we collect

During invite-only beta we collect as little as possible:

• Invitation code: redemption recorded as hash + timestamp, linked to an internal account ID. We do not record your real name, email, or phone.
• Session cookie: HttpOnly + secure, HMAC-signed, 30-day TTL, used only to maintain your login state.
• Access logs: IP address, User-Agent, page path and timestamp. Used for abuse prevention and service monitoring, not for user profiling.
• Account activity: your actions on the framework (e.g., tickers viewed, whether you redeemed an invite) — used to improve the framework, not sold or shared.

2. What we don't collect

• Email, phone, real name (unless you initiate contact with support)
• Payment information (currently free)
• Third-party account linking (no OAuth)
• Cross-site tracking cookies / third-party analytics pixels

3. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (fa_session) for login state. The cookie expires when you close the browser or log out.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Exceptions:

• Legal requirements (court orders, lawful law-enforcement requests)
• Abuse prevention (IP blocklist for suspected automated scraping / credential stuffing / DoS)

5. Data retention

• Session cookie: 30 days
• Access logs: 90-day rolling window
• Account records: until you request deletion (email contact@futurealpha.ai)

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Log out at any time (clears session cookie)
• Request a copy of all data linked to your account
• Request deletion of your account and all linked data

7. Data transfer

All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS / WSS. Servers are located in the United States. If you access from the EU/UK, you consent to cross-border transfer and processing of your data.

8. Policy changes

Material changes to this policy will be announced on-site. The current version is effective as of the "Last updated" date on this page.
